Most notably, I founded, bootstrapped and led Kameo, a healthcare services company that grew from zero to over $75 million in revenue in under three years, employing 350 people across 15 offices in North America.
Currently, I am focused on acquiring and operating small to mid-sized businesses, particularly in healthcare, transportation, and other essential services. I bring deep operational expertise, a founder's mindset, and resources to the table, allowing for speed, certainty, and a seamless transition for sellers.
I am primarily interested in businesses with $1–5 million in EBITDA and stable cash flow, where the owner is seeking a thoughtful exit partner.
