For our first acquisition, we focused on wireless and wireline infrastructure, where we know and are known. That led us to a proprietary opportunity to acquire Tandem Test Solutions, a test and measurement equipment rental business serving telecom. With Tandem we've take a 'picks and shovels' approach that fit squarely into our thesis about the industry.
A key deal criteria is identifying how we can help the company grow post-acquisition. We target companies with $2M-4M in EBITDA, and can flex up and down for the right opportunity.
