Lovat Sierra Capital is a founder-led acquisition vehicle focused on acquiring and operating a high-quality lower-middle-market B2B business. We are actively seeking opportunities where an owner is looking for a thoughtful, long-term transition partner who will preserve the company’s legacy while supporting the next stage of growth.
Our acquisition focus is on businesses with approximately $5M–$30M of revenue and $1M–$3M+ of EBITDA, with a preference for recurring or repeat revenue, durable customer relationships, meaningful management depth, and low founder dependency. Areas of interest include managed IT services, software-adjacent services, technology-enabled B2B services, professional services, commercial services, business process services, and select software / SaaS businesses.
Lovat Sierra Capital brings an operator-first perspective, with experience in strategic partnerships, go-to-market execution, enterprise technology ecosystems, and scaling B2B services organizations. Our value creation approach centers on strengthening leadership systems, improving commercial execution, deepening customer relationships, and pursuing disciplined organic and inorganic growth.
We are flexible on transaction structure and expect to finance acquisitions through a combination of buyer equity, seller financing, SBA or senior debt, and outside investor capital where appropriate. Our goal is to partner with sellers who care deeply about continuity, employee stewardship, customer relationships, and building a durable company for the long term.
