We are a small, real estate, investment management firm that specializes in the residential “Fix & Flip” platform. Our team has recently completed the management of a 5-year investment through the Perella Weinberg Partners Asset Based Value Funds (“ABV Funds”). During this run, we guided over $207 million in total invested capital and re-positioned and sold 700+ assets. Our investment model is steady, low-risk and provides attractive, double-digit returns. The ABV Funds will attest to our success, knowledge, oversight and diligence in managing their capital.
We are currently searching for a new capital partner to invest $10 - $50 million in the “Fix & Flip” space. Our unique structure and contractual relationships allow us to target specific markets where we can acquire assets at a 25% - 30% discount off current market value, complete necessary repairs and liquidate the assets in a timely fashion. We have the ability to deploy capital quickly and efficiently and the infrastructure in place to provide a seamless and transparent venture with our investment partner.
