He has advised and participated in a range of acquisitions, financings, and strategic initiatives for privately held companies and investor groups. In addition to his advisory work, John is an active investor and operator across multiple platforms focused on private credit, insurance, and lower-middle-market acquisitions. DellaRok is a lower-middle-market investment banking and strategic advisory firm focused on mergers & acquisitions, capital formation, and complex transaction execution for founder-led and privately held businesses across North America. The firm works with business owners, independent sponsors, private equity groups, family offices, and lenders to structure and close transactions typically involving companies with $5M–$100M in revenue and $1M–$15M in EBITDA. Engagements span sell-side mandates, buyside acquisitions, recapitalizations, minority investments, structured debt placements, and special-situation transactions.
