I am a technology professional with over 20 years of experience in software development and IT services, including the private and public sectors. I am now seeking to acquire and operationally transform a profitable technology services business.
I hold a Master's in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah, giving me a deal-oriented lens that complements my technical background. My acquisition thesis is straightforward: identify a well-run MSP or IT services firm with loyal clients and strong recurring revenue, step in as the operating leader, and systematically deploy AI-driven process improvements to increase margins and capacity without proportional headcount growth.
Target profile: $2M–$6M revenue, established recurring revenue base, owner-operated, with room to modernize operations. Geography is flexible.
Financing: SBA 7(a) + seller note. I am actively engaged in due diligence on current opportunities and ready to move with a qualified target.
