In special cases, we may acquire somewhat larger businesses in partnership with another private equity firm.We do not solicit investment funds from institutional sources, but instead rely on the personal resources of our investor group who can afford to be patient and flexible during the implementation of our investment and management processes.Kildare was founded and organized by T. J. Dermot Dunphy, the former Chairman, President and CEO of Sealed Air Corporation of Saddlebrook, New Jersey (SEE: NYSE).During his tenure as CEO from 1971 until his retirement in 2000, Mr. Dunphy guided Sealed Air - the inventor of Bubble Wrap and many other packaging products and systems - from its humble beginnings of less than $5 million revenue to a $3 billion powerhouse in the specialty packaging industry. According to Investor's Business Daily the value of Sealed Air stock appreciated 32,000% during this period, far eclipsing the S&P 500 Index.
