Second Generation Owner-Operator (Sheet Metal Fab., personally managed 2017-2022), exited via sale, all employees retained, Columbia University MBA (2022, Real Estate Program).
Looking to acquire a locally necessary service business (ideally B2B, will consider B2C) with 1-2M USD/1.5-2.5M CAD in EBITDA in The Great Lakes Region or The Canadian Prairies. Seeking to invest up to 3M USD of personal capital, no outside equity capital being raised, will seek out debt up to 70% LTV.
Will act as Investor-Allocator of acquired business, not Owner-Operator. Want to acquire a business with management to be retained and legacy to be maintained.
