Since 1986, Shawn Stole Construction (SSCI) - sister company to Kassi Stole Custom Homes - has been a premier provider of custom home remodel and millwork services, completing work as a subcontractor with many of the current and former home builders in Arizona and throughout the southwest.
With a passion for detail-oriented craftmanship, our family wanted to expand company operations to offer home owners something unique ... something that was truly special and different within the Arizona home construction industry.
Responding to client requests to build one-of-a-kind luxury homes, we created Kassi Stole Custom Homes (KSCHI) in 2009 to merge our existing family-owned millwork and remodeling businesss Shawn Stole Construction, with our newly-formed home-building company Kassi Stole Custom Homes. The result was the formation of a unique, boutique custom home builder, remodeler, and millwork specialist all under one roof.
To differentiate KSCHI from other builders, we modeled the personalized level of care and discerning eye for detail used in our remodel and millwork operations, and applied it to the home construction industry through our new custom builds.
