I'm an investor and entrepreneur currently focused on identifying and acquiring small and middle-market businesses with significant growth potential through AI-driven transformation. My strategy emphasizes buy-and-build opportunities, using AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency, accelerate revenue growth, and improve margins. I'm particularly interested in specialized services and businesses positioned to benefit from AI as a core component of their value creation strategy.
I am also the founder of Just Curious, a platform dedicated to helping SMB leaders and investors understand and implement AI through expert interviews, real-world case studies, and practical insights.
Based in Santa Monica, I've previously founded two expert-led research companies—Radicle, a custom market research firm, and Exsight, an expert network. Both ventures provided insights to leading global companies and investors by connecting them with innovators and subject matter experts.
Currently, I advise Artium, an AI-focused software development consultancy selected by OpenAI as one of its global solutions partners, along with several other AI service providers in areas such as sales, strategy, and business development.
Earlier in my career, I was a Partner and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Prehype, the NYC-based incubator behind startups like Bark & Co and Ro. Prior to that, I spent over a decade investing in consumer-facing sectors—including food, media, and telecom—at firms such as Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisors and Magnetar Capital, and co-founded Seven Locks Capital. My foundational experience includes healthcare investment banking at UBS Warburg and consulting at Charles River Associates.
