I am a senior finance and operations leader with 15+ years of experience driving transformation, profitability, and cash flow across complex manufacturing and industrial businesses. My background includes serving as Vice President of Finance for JELD-WEN North America—where I led a global team of 30, delivered $118M in annual productivity improvements across 45 plants, and was hand-selected by the CEO to lead a company-wide operational turnaround encompassing 700 initiatives. I currently serve as Vice President of Finance for Ecolab’s Global Quick Service Restaurants division.
Throughout my career at Ecolab, JELD-WEN, Honeywell, and Precision Castparts (Berkshire Hathaway), I have partnered directly with CEOs, COOs, and boards to execute capital allocation, M&A evaluation, integration, pricing strategy, and large-scale operational change. I bring a dual CFO/COO mindset with deep expertise in manufacturing, multi-site operations, working capital improvement, and disciplined financial management.
I am now seeking to acquire and operate a lower-middle-market business with strong fundamentals and opportunities for value creation through operational excellence, commercial discipline, and strategic investment.
