I operate as an independent sponsor, sourcing, diligencing, and executing acquisitions of lower-middle-market businesses without relying on a blind-pool fund. This model allows me to be highly selective, focus on one transaction at a time, and structure each deal based on the specific business, seller, and operating plan rather than a predetermined mandate.
I lead the full transaction process end-to-end: identifying opportunities, underwriting financials, structuring terms, coordinating diligence, and assembling the right capital stack. Equity is raised on a deal-by-deal basis from a small group of aligned investors, and leverage is used conservatively with a focus on durability of cash flow.
Post-acquisition, I remain actively involved alongside management, providing strategic, financial, and operational support. The objective is not short-term financial engineering, but long-term value creation through disciplined capital allocation, improved reporting, operational execution, and thoughtful growth.
The independent sponsor structure offers sellers flexibility, speed, and a direct partner who is personally invested in the success of the business. For investors, it provides access to proprietary transactions, clear alignment, and transparency at the deal level.
