Hansen Technologies specialises in enterprise-wide, billing and customer care software solutions for energy utilities, telecommunications providers and PayTV operators. For all sectors, we are also increasingly involved in adjuct technologies such as revenue assurance technologies (including the emerging fields of customer and business process analytics) and for the energy marketplace, technologies that support smart meter deployment such as meter data management. We have significant experience in a wide variety of enterprise-wide delivery methods to our current customer base. These methods would include traditional license sales to cloud computing methodologies. We have experience in operating mid-sized data centres.
