I am looking to acquire within the next 6-12 months a B2B/B2C services or products company with recurring revenue, but lacking a strong marketing strategy. The right business has been around for decades and is consistently generating $1M - $1.8M in SDE; pricing up to $5M. I'm primarily looking for business in Utah or Florida, but I'm open to other states for the right opportunity.
I have a JD and an MBA. I used to own my own professional services firm and successfully sold it. I’ve been doing B2B SaaS marketing for the last 8 years. I have liquid funds for a 10% down payment and I’m working with a partner and investors to ingest even more capital as needed. My plan is to get an SBA loan for the balance, which I’m confident I can secure based on my experience, funding resources, and excellent credit score.
