Our mission is to buy and build a family of companies with no intent to sell. We are NOT a private equity firm, we are simply a family business focused on buying and building good companies that provide value for their repeat customers, good jobs for their employees, and profits for their owners.
We currently own three companies, including an excavation company (acquired in 2022), a restoration/home services company (acquired in 2024), and a fixed based operator (acquired in 2025). We are under LOI to acquire an Electrical company and Roofing company for our restoration/home services platform.
Looking for additional add-ons in HVAC and Plumbing for our restoration/home services company and subordinated debt ($1.5MM).
