I am a successful owner, operator, and investor in small businesses planning to acquire and then run a small business ($900K-$2m EBITDA) on my own or a larger one (<$10M EBITDA) with investors, ideally in the software, tech, or tech-enabled space. After spending eight years at the highest levels of the US political/governmental system, I received my MBA from Wharton and spent the last twenty-three years in the tech industry with the last fourteen as the GM/CEO of three separate companies including three exits, four Board of Directors roles (two as CEO) and earlier in my career, an historic IPO.
