Through past research and current product development, GLI is transitioning from a holder of intellectual property to a manufacturing company. The first product will be an electrical generator that is 20% efficient even at power levels as low as 2kW, with the added benefits that it operates silently and without vibration, can run on any fuel including anhydrous ammonia, will run for years without maintenance, and has a cost and power density similar to current generators based on internal combustion engine. A subsequent product will have the same attributes but operate at an overall conversion efficiency of 40%, which with some modest upgrades will eventually run at 60%.
