The company is attempting to solve one of the key risks that a global pharmaceutical company might encounter in space of manufacturing compliance and competitive pricing and yet being able to market their products for the unmet patient demand. The Indian Domestic Market is around $14.50 billion USD. Out of this MNC have nearly 25% market share which will be around $3.6 billion USD. Out of this, nearly 2/3rd of the volume is made by contract manufacturing companies for MNC i.e. 2.4 Billion USD. Out of the $2.4 Billion USD MNC Contract Manufacturing toll market, the company will target around 10% i.e. 240 million USD. The company would launch quality products for local and export markets. The USP of the company will be Strict Adherence to GMP manufacturing and providing products that can match the quality with Global Standards. The company will initially look at Manufacturing Tie ups with leading MNC pharmaceutical companies in India for a variety of products in the selected category. The Promoter is looking for financing of the enterprise. Majority of the finance will be secured against the infrastructure and land. Promoter will be investing in Sweat Equity by way of management and complete operations of erection, commissioning and running of operations of the plant. Promoter is open to divest some percentage of the company equity to bring in investment.
