We primarily assist private equity funds and family offices in finding and completing investments in businesses in the lower middle market, with a target size of between $15 million and $75 million. We work closely with clients to locate long-term investments outside of an auction context that meet their investment objectives.
We also work with businesses and other intermediaries (such as accountants and lawyers) in putting together transactions. While we primarily work for buy side clients, we occasionally provide services as sell side M&A advisors.
