Self-funded search fund looking to acquire initially a single operating company in products or services for the principal (myself) to operate for the long-term. Geographic preference is the Northeast but open to rout above). Have a strong network of family office / investors interested in participating alongside (and working in an advisory capacity). For debt financing, will likely use an SBA 7(a) loan.

- Launched industrial investing business securing $500M commitment from partner.
- Led presentation for growth through investment opportunities in Peru resulting in an investment commitment of $100M by a global investor.
