We acquire or invest in companies with at least $5.0 million in revenue or $1.0 million in EBITDA in the following sectors: business services, consumer products, specialty retail, real estate and technology. We seek companies that have signifcant growth potential and a deep management team which will be motivated by equity ownership. We are owned and managed by a Wall Street executive and private equity investor who has over 30 years of experience advising on or acting as principal in over $40 billion in transcations. We are based in Colorado but pursue opportunities across the US.
