Eberstein Ventures is a private investment firm focused on small to medium sized acquisitions. I am an independent searcher looking to acquire and run a manufacturing business with end markets primarily in industrial sectors (e.g. aerospace, oil & gas, automotive, etc.); I am pursuing a self-funded search as I have experience with deals from start to finish and would like the flexibility in structuring that comes with sourcing my own deal. I have several investors with whom I have discussed the basic thesis and approach and who are ready to review deals as and when they are actionable.
