I am the Director of Operations of an independent insurance and risk management advisory firm focused on commercial real estate, private equity, and complex transactions across North America. In my role, I oversee operations, strategic growth initiatives, client delivery, and the development of scalable systems and processes that support institutional clients and high-volume transaction activity.
Throughout my career, I have worked alongside investors, business owners, and operators. My experience spans transaction due diligence, process development, strategic planning, and succession planning. This wide array of experience makes we will qualified to provide value in an owner operator model.
