We are an oil and gas operator, drilling predominantly shallow wells since 1967. We focus on proven fields with favorable economics that work in times of current low oil prices. At the moment, this happens to be in PA & KY, however, we have drilled in other states as well. We can accommodate and create most any size of well package to suite investment needs. Few oil companies have the flexibility and product to do this. We further have current production that we are reworking with new technologies that could prove to be game changers within our niche of the oil and gas industry.
