Our ability to professionally manage the entire life cycle of your company’s sales transaction, a transaction that for most will be the largest & most important of their lives, is the key value we will bring. During this process we take proactive steps to vastly increase the odds of a significantly higher sales price.
We are professionals who handle what tends to be a very personal process. Three of our partners are former founders of closely-held private business, with each having 10+ years’ experience directing these private businesses. We have direct experience in both upstream and midstream oil & gas, merchandizing, commercial real estate, publishing, and accounting.
Once engaged, we assess the most distinguished and compelling points about your business, why it is in the interests of prospective buyers to consider, and from there create a marketing package. We reach out to an exceptionally large group of potential buyers, both strategic and financial, through a wide variety of means. We perform due diligence concurrent to our outreach campaign. As we attract interest, we fully vet and pre-qualify buyers, and then begin negotiating with each towards goals established in the beginning of the engagement, guiding the best offer toward an offer letter. Finally, we direct the close and manage tax and accounting issues.
