Our background spans public accounting and transaction advisory (PwC, EY), M&A advisory, and private credit/investing, with direct experience underwriting, structuring, and closing complex transactions. We have completed one acquisition to date and are actively seeking our next platform investment.
We focus on profitable, established businesses with durable cash flow, strong customer relationships, and opportunities for operational improvement and disciplined growth. We are flexible on industry and structure, and we are comfortable working with both brokered and off-market opportunities.
