I’m Allison Davern founder of Davern Family Ventures. I am not a fund looking to flip companies but an owner operator searching for strong Pacific Northwest businesses to lead personally and grow for the long term.
Entrepreneurship is in my blood. I grew up working in my parents’ businesses where I learned that a business is never just a balance sheet. It’s the people who depend on it and the reputation built over decades.
Over 15 years, I’ve turned that into real operating experience. At Square and Amazon as a GM building strong teams, owning large P&Ls, and growing these businesses exponentially. I have also invested in other business acquisitions in the region.
My goal is a respectful, transparent process that honors your legacy and people.
