CNTR Capital, ("CNTR”) is the investing entity for the Kunzi family office. Together we offer over ten decades of combined experience, never having lost principal for any of our businesses and we always perform. We have committed capital designed for the business owner who would like to either sell their company or monetize a portion of equity allowing continued participation in the future growth of the company. In addition to capital, we offer expertise in executive leadership, corporate development, human capital management, sales, operations, finance, and strategy. Together we have built businesses from $100 thousand in revenue to over $550 million, led and participated in deals amounting to over $28 billion.
CNTR invests in change of control investments in private, low to mid-market companies. We are located both in Orange County, California, and Denver, Colorado and invest in companies across North America. CNTR is a seller-oriented family office and has been designed to be an alternative to traditional private equity. CNTR was built to help entrepreneurs transition their company to operators who have built successful businesses, and who will preserve the company's legacy ensuring that each acquired business exponentially grows and continues to have a positive impact in people’s lives and in their community. For all our family’s investments, we will either take an active role in the company or ask one of our seasoned C-suite executives to partner with the existing management team to help through a sensible transition and growth.
