We are a family office based out of Houston, TX focused on providing small business owners the opportunity to pass on their businesses to investors whose goals & incentives are aligned with protecting and growing the asset they have spent so many years cultivating.
Cloverland Capital's investment thesis is centered around the idea that there are business owners throughout the country who are in need of outside capital, but don't want to sell to an investment firm with unaligned incentives for the future of their business. Our firm believes that we can address a currently unserved market by providing small business owners with an opportunity to de-risk their personal financial position with the sale of a portion of their business to a firm, who wants to see the business grow and flourish under the guidance of current management.
