City Different Investments is an independent investment management firm headquartered in Santa Fe, New Mexico. As seasoned veterans of various industry-leading investment management firms, our founding portfolio managers have run peak cumulative assets of more than $35 billion.
In addition to public equity and fixed income strategies, City Different Investments is actively sourcing private equity investment opportunities. We are seeking majority stakes in mature companies with between $250,000 and $1,500,000 in EBITDA. Our target deal will offer growth equity or personal liquidity to an owner-operator who will continue to maintain an ownership stake as well as control over operating decisions. We are different from a traditional private equity fund in that we do not have outside pressure to provide an exit to investors, allowing us to establish long-term partnerships with owner-operators. We provide investment capital that allows business owners to preserve the legacy of what they have built while diversifying his or her own financial position.
