Founded by Hubert T. Chandler in 1967 as Chandler Utility Contractors, our success is built on the determination, sound business sense, and strong work ethic of one man. Mr. Chandler began the company with a single tractor and a vision to provide quality, cost-effective utility services to the Greenwood, South Carolina community. In 1998 we changed our name to Chandler Construction Services, Inc. to illustrate our continued growth and diversity. Today, we employ more than 70 trained and skilled workers and have successfully completed over 500 projects ranging from industrial facilities to wastewater treatment plants located throughout Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
