Over the past decade, Mark has helped shape the adoption of Data Vault 2.0 as a modern approach to enterprise data warehousing.
After assuming leadership of PerformanceG2, Mark led the firm’s transformation into a focused Data Vault consultancy, helping establish one of the leading Data Vault implementation and training practices in North America. The firm supported enterprise clients across a wide range of industries and delivered more than 50,000 hours of Data Vault implementation services, while helping train and certify 800+ professionals in Data Vault methodologies.
Mark has worked with organizations facing complex data modernization challenges, helping them design and build scalable Enterprise Data Warehouses using Agile delivery methods, Data Warehouse Automation, and modern cloud data platforms. He has been directly involved in more than 35 Data Vault implementations, supporting teams as they transitioned from traditional data warehouse approaches to more agile, scalable architectures.
His work has focused on helping organizations reduce risk in large data initiatives and create repeatable, sustainable delivery models for enterprise analytics.
Following the successful acquisition of PerformanceG2 by 7Rivers, Mark supported the transition of the Data Vault practice and client relationships as the teams integrated.
Outside of his professional work, Mark is a private pilot and former competitive aerobatic pilot, and he and his wife Alexandra raised their three sons in Cedarburg, Wisconsin.
