We would like to acquire a single, great consumer manufacturing company with stable EBITDA of at least $2M in the Southeast region of the U.S. We welcome connections with any sellers, brokers, or additional investors.
We are operator-led. Our founder, Ben Eugrin, has over 20 years of experience and brings a successful track record of growing manufacturing operations and generating significant value. We collaborate with sellers and management to develop and execute a value creation strategy that will maintain and build upon the seller's legacy.
We recently raised capital for a $10M acquisition, successfully navigating the SBA loan process with Live Oak Bank to secure approval for $8M in debt and $1M line of credit. We have a deep understanding of the acquisition process and are dedicated to closing a transaction.
