Brookville Fund Managers was established in May, 2011 as an asset management holding company with a vision to manage several investment funds. Brookville currently managers one fund [Gorham Offshore] that was launched in March 2012. To date, distribution and fund raising has been limited to Europe through a single broker dealer and several of its advisors.
The Gorham Fundamental Value Fund is a long/short fund that seeks to achieve its investment objective by managing a value-driven portfolio primarily comprised of publicly traded common stocks of companies. The Investment Manager believes that strong opportunities for superior performance and significant capital gains are likely to be found in the securities of insurance and financial services companies operating mainly in the United States, Europe, and Bermuda.
