Brian is a Class of 2026 MBA candidate at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business, where he serves as Chair of the Rice Energy Finance Summit and actively champions the integration of next-generation talent, emerging perspectives, and established industry leadership.
As Business Development Director at Dynasol Group, Brian led the P&L for a high-growth performance polymer division. He delivers advanced SBS and SSBR materials that enable customers to build the next generation of sustainable highways. His commercial portfolio also includes polymers for adhesives, water treatment membranes, and high-performance tire applications. In 2024, he successfully grew the division to $80M in revenue by aligning product strategies with customer innovation and driving expansion in mature markets.
A trilingual communicator fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English, Brian brings a global perspective shaped by living on three continents. His blend of commercial acumen, technical fluency, and cross-cultural agility enables him to navigate complex markets and cultivate strategic relationships. Before Dynasol, he held roles in technical account management at Bentley Systems and brand partnerships at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
