I am an individual investor located in Atlanta, Georgia. Currently, I am seeking equity investment opportunities between $5-15 Million in revenue. I have a particular interest in the following industry segments: distribution, healthcare, service, and finance/insurance. The ideal opportunity would either reside in, or would be relocatable to, Atlanta. However, I am open to opportunities outside of Atlanta (in the Southeast), provided that the acquired organization has a mature and stable management team that would stay on board after transition. Currently I own two different food distribution companies, one of which I am in the process of selling. During my tenure, both organizations have incurred significant growth, and have afforded me a great deal of experience in managing and growing small business, as well as start up enterprises. Prior to my distribution career I was a management consultant, serving a broad spectrum of Fortune 500 clients. I developed a solid reputation for leadership, team building, creative problem solving, and strategy development. My former consulting career experience enables me the to seamlessly transition into new industries and company models, which is why my equity investment interests are so broadly represented.
