Chris Tanis is the President and Owner of Bold Property Management Solutions, a Colorado-based firm specializing in HOA management and related property services throughout the mountain communities. Over the past fifteen years, Chris has built Bold into a vertically integrated platform providing management, accounting, maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and other operational services to residential and mixed-use communities.
In addition to organic growth, Bold has pursued a strategy of acquiring and integrating service-based operating companies that complement its core management platform. Through this approach, Chris and his team have successfully acquired, integrated, and in several cases later exited multiple small to mid-sized service businesses across property management and related service sectors. These transactions have allowed Bold to expand its capabilities, improve operational efficiencies, and create scalable service platforms within the communities it serves.
Today, Bold Property Management Solutions continues to evaluate opportunities to partner with or acquire well-run service businesses where operational improvements, shared infrastructure, and long-term strategic growth can create value for both owners and clients.
