Background: Managing Director of a single-family office overseeing a ~$100MM portfolio of control investments across six operating businesses spanning oil and gas, energy services, aggregates, specialty finance, and proptech. Previously twelve years as CFO of a PE-backed E&P operator in the Permian Basin — led closing of $100MM+ of asset acquisitions, operated under a revolving credit facility with active lender and private equity reporting, and managed the business through multiple commodity cycles.
