Justin Landau is the Founder of Audrose Capital Partners, a consumer infrastructure-focused investment firm originally backed by Wafra Inc. As the firm’s first investment, Audrose acquired El Car Wash and Mr. Landau served as CEO from 2018 to 2022 and Co-CEO from 2023 to 2025, scaling the business from four to ~100 locations, completing 20 acquisitions, growing membership to 400,000+ customers, and increasing EBITDAR from ~$3M to $100M+; the business was sold to Warburg Pincus in 2022. Subsequently, Audrose led the first institutional capital invested in Rotten Candy alongside the founding family. Prior to Audrose, Mr. Landau was Director of Private Equity at a multi-billion-dollar family office and before that was senior team member at Farol Asset Management and ZMC Capital. He graduated with Honors from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
