Aquimont Capital was formed by Aron Berke and Co-Founder (name to be released Dec 2022) and is exclusively focused on finding a single, exceptional healthcare company that has a motivated seller and the potential to achieve meaningful growth.
We are seasoned managers that bring a combined 18+ years of experience in the healthcare sector across various categories including care delivery and payment models, life sciences, population health, fraud enforcement, and digital health. We are committed to bringing this experience to bear on extending the seller's legacy, and are working in concert with a team of advisors with decades of clinical, financial, M&A, and operating experience to make it happen.
We intend to act as long-term owner-managers and devote 100% of our time, energy, and resources to building the acquired business and implementing strategic growth initiatives.
