Actively looking to purchase a services or healthcare business in the Southern California region, ideally with $2-5m in revenue. The principal of our company, Amir Attaar, has spent over 20 years on Wall Street in different functions (investment banking, equity research and proprietary investing) at some of the largest financial institutions, including JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley and Tiger Asset Management. Most recently he was responsible for managing capital of ~$750m, primarily focused on financial technology sector, at Empyrean Capital Partners, a $4bn asset manager.
