ASC was formed to exclusively manage the capital of a select group and allocate to: + Real estate and real estate development + Small business lending + Receivable financing
While a majority of investments fall into these categories, ASC maintains full investment flexibility as part of the mandate. ASC's differentiators include our dedicated capital base, experience investing across asset classes, structuring flexibility and network.
