I'm an exited founder looking to acquire and operate a business services company. My last company was a B2B SaaS platform I built and ran for over a decade before selling it in 2024. I know what it takes to grow a business from the inside.
I'm not a PE fund or a search fund. I'm a hands-on operator with liquidity from my exit, buying a business to own and run.

As a buyer, I've acquired companies to scale my last business. As a seller, I've gone through a full exit process — from advisor selection to LOI to close. I understand how these deals work, and I move efficiently.
I bring operational experience across sales, team building, product, and scaling recurring revenue. I've managed teams and led the business through periods of rapid growth. I know how to take what a founder has built and make it better.
What I'm Looking For:
Sector: Business services — professional services, B2B services, tech-enabled services
Revenue: $2M–$15M
Geography: Canada and the U.S. (open to remote-manageable operations)
Business profile: Profitable, recurring or repeat revenue, founder-led, strong customer relationships
Transition: Happy to work with the seller on a transition period that protects the business and its team
