Togetherwork, the emerging leader in Group Management Software and Payments acquired Chaverware, a provider of membership software for synagogues and other faith based organizations based in East Rockaway, NY.
Togetherwork has more than 250 employees nationwide and is majority owned by GI Partners, who acquired Togetherwork from Aquiline Capital Partners in March 2018.
Chaverware was advised by The Hatteras Group, a Morganton, N.C. based M&A Advisory firm who has been an Axial Member since March 2011. This is Togetherwork's third acquisition in two years resulting from an initial connection made through Axial's network.
