Capricorn Healthcare, a private equity firm headquartered in Palo Alto, CA has acquired Centria Healthcare, a provider of specialized home-based healthcare services including ABA behavioral therapy for autism, catastrophic injury rehab, and private duty nursing. Centria Healthcare was respresented by FINNEA Group, a Birmingham, Michigan-based investment bank. FINNEA Group and Capricorn Healthcare have been Axial members since July 2014 and June 2010, respectively.
