There is no cost for qualified business owners. Qualification is based on business size, transaction timing, and level of exit readiness.
If an owner hires an M&A advisor through Axial, we receive a 15% referral fee from the advisor, not the business owner.
If your referred business owner completes a transaction with an M&A advisor introduced through Axial, you’ll earn 20% of Axial’s success fee.
Confidentiality is a priority throughout the process. We rely on high-level business metrics to shortlist advisors and keep business owner identities anonymized until both parties agree to an introduction.
While NDAs are rarely requested, we’re happy to accommodate them when needed.
Yes. Many partners refer multiple business owners over time. There’s no cap on participation, and each referral is reviewed independently.
We recommend starting with the referral that feels most actionable in the near term. A member of our team will follow up on next steps and the process for making future referrals.
To be eligible, the referred business owner must be new to Axial, meaning they haven’t been active on the platform or in contact with our team within the past two years.
