For over a decade, SwiftNegotia's assisted its clients as a negotiating consultancy. This lead the firm into more and more work related to mergers and acquisitions. In 2019, the firm pivoted and became part of a consortium of merger and acquisition professionals that focus on the sell side for privately held businesses with revenues of $10M to $200M. The consortium includes a variety of M&A intermediaries and attorneys who work together to serve the client.
