With a career spanning investing, advising, and operating roles, Fletcher brings a uniquely holistic perspective to the table. Before joining White Wing, he served on the investment team at DalFort Capital Partners, a Dallas-based investment firm focused on making control equity investments in lower middle market industrial businesses. At Dalfort, Fletcher sourced, executed, and managed both platform and add-on investments. Prior to Dalfort, Fletcher worked in the energy investment banking division of Wells Fargo Securities, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions. Prior to Wells Fargo, Fletcher held finance and corporate development roles at two different investor backed industrial businesses, Seawolf Water and PetroWaste Environmental. At PetroWaste, Fletcher assisted in the Company’s sale to Waste Management (NYSE: WM).
