investment will fund the acquisition and rehabilitation of a 10-unit multifamily property at 1501
Arthur St, Hollywood, FL 33020, utilizing the BRRRR strategy (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance,
Repeat). The investment allocates $2.4 million for acquisition, $1.1 million for eco-friendly
upgrades, $6.05 million for reserves held in Treasury bills yielding 4-5% until a Q1-2026 refinance,
$150,000 for technology development, $200,000 for legal and administrative fees, and $100,000 for
marketing and miscellaneous expenses. Plans include acquiring a second property in an
