can benefit from systems upgrades (such as ERP, CRM, accounting, strategic guidance.
are led by a founder or manager who sees the business as a vocation and stewardship calling from God
are run by a manager or president who either wants to retain or acquire meaningful equity (typically 10-40%) in a transaction.
